The entire process can start as early as 9 - 12 months prior to your departure or a fast tract of 30 days or less. Initial Phone Meeting
You will phone me at a scheduled time to discuss your ideal travel adventure and identify your needs.

Phase I - Calendar and Itinerary
I will create the perfect personalized calendar from a customized questionnaire for you to get exactly what you are looking for during your Italian Adventure. This will give you a visual of your days in Italy.

Phase II - Lodging, transportation & activities
Once the calendar is set, I recommend lodging and transportation and coach you on the best choices. We schedule special coaching calls and communicate via email as needed.

Review and Evaluate
Together we will review and evaluate each step so that you are completely satisfied with your upcoming travel arrangements.
